Supercell revealed townhall 13

Recently an image goes viral in the social media written 'Where do you clash? ' .

In the image, look at the right hand side where you can see an unknown building on something prism shaped on its head and in  the  winter jam's video the prism was there   on   the   building   behind   wizard.

Both  the  buildings  are  matching  but it doesn't  mean  that  the  building is Town Hall,  it can also be a new building. Other thing  in  image  was  level  50  of   grand Warden  and  +5  level  of  king an queen. 

  I don't  want  to  reveal  other  things but may  be  the theme of townhall 13 is blue.
